Placement Assessment

Nature of the Assessment:
The assessment focuses on measuring the student's school readiness through a set of age-appropriate activities and simple questions.
Skills Assessed:
  • Recognition of basic letters and numbers.
  • Initial reading ability (distinguishing simple words).
  • Basic writing skills (writing their name and some letters).
  • Listening and comprehension through short instructions or a simple story.
  • Initial mathematical skills (counting, simple addition).
  • Behavioral and social skills such as focus, interaction, and the ability to follow instructions.
Evaluation Mechanism:
The student is evaluated comprehensively, taking into account their age and developmental stage. The assessment does not rely solely on grades, but on observing their level of readiness to ensure they receive support in the areas they need.
Determining the Appropriate Level:
Based on the assessment results, it is determined whether the student is ready or requires additional support in certain basic skills, ensuring their academic success and progress.

Below are the required details to register your son/daughter in our schools.

Please read the instructions carefully and ensure that all information is complete before submitting.

Required Documents for New Enrollment
  • Copy of the family card (for Saudi citizens).
  • Copy of the student’s and both parents’ IDs (valid).
  • Copy of the student’s passport and both parents’ passports.
  • Copy of the birth certificate.
  • Copy of the vaccination card.
Required Documents for Transfer from Another School
  • All of the above documents, in addition to:
  • Original previous certificate certified by the educational administration of the region (for those coming from outside Riyadh).
  • Original copies of all previous certificates.
  • Financial clearance from the previous school.
  • Report (printout) from the Noor system.
Required Documents for Transfer from a School Outside the KSA
  • All of the above documents, in addition to:
  • Original previous certificate certified by the Saudi Embassy in the home country.
  • Original copies of all previous certificates.
  • Ministry of Education’s equivalency certificate.
  • Translation of previous certificates and certification if they are not in Arabic or English.
