Required Documents to Complete Registration

First: Saudi Students

  • If the student is transferring from a private school, a financial clearance must be provided.
  • A personal interview with the student.
  • A copy of the birth certificate.
  • A copy of the vaccination card.
  • A copy of the passports for each of the following:
    • The Student
    • The Guardian
    • The Mother
  • E-mail address.
  • For Kindergarten (KG) stage: Provide a medical fitness report.

Second: Non-Saudi Students

  • A copy of the vaccination card.
  • A copy of the birth certificate.
  • A copy of the Residence Permit (Iqama) - must be valid.
  • A copy of the passport.
  • If the academic certificate is issued from outside the Kingdom, it must be officially authenticated and equalized according to the approved regulations.
