Below are the required details to register your son/daughter in our schools.
Please read the instructions carefully and ensure that all information is complete before submitting.
Required Documents for New Enrollment
- Copy of the family card (for Saudi citizens).
- Copy of the student’s and both parents’ IDs (valid).
- Copy of the student’s passport and both parents’ passports.
- Copy of the birth certificate.
- Copy of the vaccination card.
Required Documents for Transfer from Another School
- All of the above documents, in addition to:
- The original previous certificate certified by the educational administration of the region (for those coming from outside Riyadh).
- Original copies of all previous certificates.
- Financial clearance from the previous school.
- Report (printout) from the Noor system.
Required Documents for Transfer from a School Outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- All of the above documents, in addition to:
- The original previous certificate certified by the Saudi Embassy in the home country.
- Original copies of all previous certificates.
- Ministry of Education’s equivalency certificate.
- Translation of previous certificates and certification if they are not in Arabic or English.
